The Delavan 7822FS-201-SB Flex pump is a 12 volt sprayer pump designed to drop into most competitor spray systems that use 3/4" Quick Attach fittings. It delivers 2.2 GPM with a 60 PSI demand switch, improved pressure switch and efficient valve design. It is NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified, made in the USA and a strong replacement pump for ATV, UTV and spot sprayers.

The Flex Series uses a 3/4" Quick Attach adapter system and a bolt pattern that fits most competitor spray systems with 3/4" quick attach ports. Check your mounting pattern before ordering.

How much current does it draw on 12V?

The 12 VDC motor draws up to 8.5 amps. It has 14 AWG leads, 6" long, with a 2-pin connector.

Does it shut off when I close the spray gun?

Yes. It is a demand pump that turns off at 60 PSI when the gun or boom is closed, which saves battery power and extends pump life.

What chemicals can it handle?

It has Viton valves, a Santoprene diaphragm and a polypropylene housing, suitable for water and most common lawn and agricultural chemicals up to 140°F. Do not use with flammable liquids.

What is the difference between this and the 7822FS-201-SBI?

The 7822FS-201-SB is the standard Flex pump with Viton valves, NSF/ANSI certification and made in USA labeling. The SBI I-Series is a value version with Santoprene valves.
